Tom Selleck, need I say more?
I’m sure at some point everyone’s come across a decorative plate. These are curious things, wholly impractical objects that somehow manage to retain a strong presence in most grandparents’ households.
The inspiration for this project originally stemmed from a random association between the shape Tom Selleck’s infamous ‘tache and a slug. Now, I’ve got nothing against moustaches, but a free association like that was too good to ignore, so I created these decorative plates to celebrate every girlfriend’s favourite piece of facial hair.

You could say the resulting plates took the idea to its ‘natural’ conclusion. Again, I can hear you groaning.
